Fall Begins

Ah! Fall is here. So I decide to update my poor Xanga. So much social stuff I do on Facebook now, that Xanga is really on the back burner. Oh well. I like to talk with people in real life!! Or on Facebook, because that is sort of like real life I suppose.

So if you are reading, please please GO BACK and say hi to me on the Facebook. I will be most pleased!

And it is April!

April - ah, the month of spring, Passion Week, various spring breaks, and the occasional glimmer of sunshine. Vivaldi's Gloria was performed successfully by the Lynden Choral Society at 1st CRC in Lynden this past week...in Latin I might add. Let's hear it for Latin!

Later on the northwest calendar, the Bellingham Festival of Music will be performing Brahms Requiem, and that one's in German. So, I have a lot of words to learn between now and July 11th!

In other news, I bought a brand new car! 2009 Hyundai Accent, Ice Blue. Amazing so far. =o)

New Year

Another year is heading out - 2008 was such a blast! Whoa, Bert is sleepy right now. But happy. Definitely triumphed over all questions of like and dislike in the game of Whoonu. So many orange chips!

Ah Xanga, we've had 1199 days of much joy together. Wow! So, Xanga-my-man, if you get lonely, you should visit me on Facebook sometime. It is always where the party's at!

These chess pieces made me laugh! They are so jolly and fat. And happy, I imagine.
